None of my Churches are in the Restricted Zones

Here is a message a letter I received from our conference:
"We have received several questions this week asking if there are any new regulations regarding church services.
As far as I know there have been no new rules given this week.
Remember that if your church is in a Red Zone you are limited to 25% of capacity or 10 people,
whichever is less.
If you are in an Orange Zone, you are limited to 33% of capacity or 25 people, whichever is less.
All others are limited to 50% of capacity.

I checked this website, and neither Yonkers, Bedford Park, or Wingdale Church are in any of the restricted zones.
